The gluten-free breakfast with fruit & cereal was delicious, the restaurant was great, and the location near the railway station was magnificent and unbeatable.

The place was beautifully designed, with its friendly staff when the receptionist leaves.

The breakfast here is fantastic, offering a wide selection of delicious food and beverages.

we only stayed for 1 night at this lovely hotel, the room was very comfortable with good standard of bedding, great original features in the room, perfectly located to Brighton which is walkable. I had a very warm welcome on arrival which is just what you expect. The breakfast was excellent and could choose exactly what you wanted. I would definately recommend Seafield.

The receptionist was pleasant & helpful when I arrived. Free internet access was available & I was given a car parking space. The breakfast was good.

The carpet was very dirty. The towels were grey as were the bathrobes hanging on door. The bed was none too clean with a lumby mattress. The glass shelf above the basin which was in the bedroom fell off the wall when I placed my glasses on it. This could have caused an accident had I not managed to catch it.quickly. I booked for 2 nights but stayed for 1. No recompense was offered for the dangerous situation with the glass shelf.

Not bad room was not delux as stated would not pay more than I did not worth the tarriff s hown

The breakfast at Seafield House is fantastic with a variety of options and free soft drinks. the location of the house is lovely and marvelous, situated in a very quiet area near charming coffee shops, bakeries, and numerous bars and restaurants. - It is very convenient being close to the King Alfred Leisure Centre.

rooms looked a bit grubby; shower room too small - a bit of a cupboard; coffee cups at breakfast was dirty; tinned fruit for breakfast should have been fresh. considering the cost i felt it was very poor value

The door entry code so you could come and go when you liked being given a parking space

The awful smell of fried food as you come in the entrance door, even in the afternoon no hot water on saturday morning until 10am The bedstead was difficult for my husbands long legs, and the pillows were soft and thin, not very luxurious

The breakfast here looked amazing and they even had gluten-free options. the portions seemed really big, but we were in a rush and couldn't try it out. the location of this place is top-notch – it's so convenient, there's even a train station nearby 🚉!
